100 Positive! We love animals, not just cats, so testing on them would be a major no-no for us!
4. Are Your Products Vegan?
We’re vegan-friendly. While some of our products are 100% Vegan namely - Aquasurance Compact Foundation, Setting and Primer Sprays, and Brushes.
5. Are there fake J.Cat Products?
As the the official distributor of J.Cat Beauty items in the Philippines, we can guarantee you the authenticity of our product lines! Our products came straight from Los Angeles, California. We also have select qualified resellers who can show you a badge that they are a verified partner. Make sure you shop from us or our partner resellers only to get authentic and fresh J.Cat goodies!

7. How will you ship my order?
The shipping courier will depend on where the order will be sent to.
- Metro Manila and Provincial – Logistikus Express
- Provincial - LBC
8. How much are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary on the number of items, shipping weight, as well as the shipping location but normally it’s P70 for Metro Manila and P180 for Provincial locations.
9. Can I track my orders?
Yup! Once we send the tracking number you can track your delivery at these sites.
For Logistikus Express, go to this link and enter the tracking number and click “TRACK”.
For LBC, go to this link and put in the tracking number, click “Trace”
10. How to pay via Paypal?
Select PayPal on the payment options. When you hit "Place Order" you will be redirected to PayPal where you can complete your purchase securely.
Check if amount indicated is correct, and then login to your PayPal account.
Select your fund source and confirm card and payment details by clicking pay now.
Wait for the site to process your payment. Do not close the window at this time. Wait for the page to redirect you back to site.
Check your email for your PayPal receipt and invoice. There is no need to email it to us as we automatically receive PayPal notifications once a payment has been made to our account.
11. How to pay via bank deposit?
Please make sure to take note the Bank, Reference Number, Account Number, Account Name, and Amount.

12. Do you ship your items internationally?
Sadly we only ship within the Philippines! You can check for a J.Cat distributor in your country to get your J. Cat stash!

14. Why are some of the items are not available in PH?
We curate the most apt products from J.Cat USA and bring them in the Philippines. As their trusted partner in the Philippines, we’ve tested and chosen the products that will work well in our climate and what the local market demands.
15. Do you sell in Shopee?
We only have one verified Shopee account (check it out here!). However, the product selection in our website has the whole product line, Shopee only has selected items.
